Puttu

Ingredients:

*Rice Flour – Slightly heated
*Cocunut milk (Optional)

Preparation :

1.Take 1 cup of rice flour.
2.Put a little coconut milk , if you donot have coconut milk, take some cashews and grind in a mixie with some water.
3.For 1 cup of rice flour put 1/3 cup of water.
4.Take half cup of mixed flour and put it in mixie and just do 1 twist in mixie.Make sure it doesnot become a paste
5.This makes it powdered.
6. Slighly Oil the puttu maker .
7.Put this powdered rice flour in puttu maker and wait till steam comes out.

Puttu is ready for breafast.
